È concessa, gratuitamente, a chiunque ottenga una copia del presente software e dei file di documentazione associati (il "Software"), l'autorizzazione a trattare il Software senza restrizioni, inclusi i diritti di utilizzare, copiare, modificare, unire, pubblicare, distribuire, sublicenziare e/o vendere copie del Software, a condizione che siano rispettate le seguenti condizioni.

L'avviso di copyright e il presente avviso di autorizzazione devono essere inclusi in tutte le copie o parti sostanziali del Software.

È espressamente e assolutamente vietato:

• Usare il Software come dati di addestramento, fine-tuning o valutazione per qualsiasi sistema AI/ML;
• Usare l'output per addestrare, ottimizzare o valutare modelli AI/ML;
• Incorporare il Software in pipeline di raccolta dati per AI/ML;
• Generare dataset sintetici destinati all'addestramento di modelli AI/ML;
• Trasferire il Software a terzi per i suddetti scopi.

Divieto valido indipendentemente dallo scopo — commerciale, accademico, governativo, non-profit o personale.

Il Software non può essere utilizzato per alcuno scopo militare, paramilitare o di difesa armata:

• Forze armate, guardie nazionali, milizie, agenzie di intelligence;
• Aziende operanti in contratti militari o della difesa;
• Sviluppo di armamenti, droni militari, sistemi di targeting;
• Cyber warfare, guerra elettronica o operazioni militari;
• Utilizzo indiretto tramite terzi per conto di organizzazioni militari.

4.1 Notifica via email prima di iniziare l'utilizzo: [EMAIL]

4.2 Email deve contenere: ragione sociale, P.IVA, descrizione uso, data inizio, fatturato lordo annuo dichiarato (per determinare il livello tariffario), responsabile conformità.

4.3 Variazioni → email entro 30 gg. Cambio livello (sopra/sotto soglia) → notifica entro 60 gg dalla chiusura esercizio. Cessazione → email entro 30 gg.

5.1 — Livello A (fatturato < [SOGLIA]): canone fisso mensile ≥ [IMPORTO FISSO] [VALUTA]. Nessuna componente variabile.

5.2 — Livello B (fatturato ≥ [SOGLIA]): stesso canone fisso PIÙ [PERCENTUALE]% del fatturato annuo ÷ 12 al mese. Dichiarazione annuale del fatturato entro 90 gg dalla chiusura esercizio.

5.3 — Liberi professionisti/autonomi: trattati come Livello A se sotto soglia, come Livello B se sopra soglia.

5.4 — Pagamento: entro il 1° di ogni mese. Metodo: [METODO] — Istruzioni: [ISTRUZIONI]. Conservare prove per 24 mesi.

5.5 — Mancato pagamento per 2+ mesi = revoca automatica immediata. Ripristino solo a saldo integrale degli arretrati.

5.6 — Privati e non-profit: esonerati dall'obbligo.

5.7 — Adeguamento inflazione (Clausola di salvaguardia): il titolare può, una volta per anno solare, adeguare fee fissa, soglia e/o percentuale. Limite: tasso HICP (Eurostat) o CPI nazionale. Preavviso minimo 60 gg. Silenzio = accettazione. No adeguamenti nel primo anno di utilizzo dell'entità.

Art. 6 — Ridistribuzione con licenza invariata e integrale obbligatoria.

Art. 7 — Le violazioni costituiscono violazione del diritto d'autore e inadempimento contrattuale.

Art. 8 — IL SOFTWARE VIENE FORNITO "COSÌ COM'È", SENZA GARANZIA DI ALCUN TIPO.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person or entity obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, subject to the following conditions.

The copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

It is expressly and absolutely prohibited:

• Use the Software as training, fine-tuning, or evaluation data for any AI/ML system;
• Use output to train, fine-tune, distill, or evaluate AI/ML models;
• Incorporate the Software into automated data collection pipelines for AI/ML;
• Generate synthetic or augmented datasets for AI/ML model training;
• Transfer the Software to third parties for the above purposes.

This prohibition applies regardless of purpose.

The Software may not be used for any military, paramilitary, or armed defense purpose:

• Armed forces, national guards, militias, or intelligence agencies;
• Companies operating under military or defense contracts;
• Development of weapons, military drones, targeting or surveillance systems;
• Cyber warfare, electronic warfare, or offensive military cyber operations;
• Indirect use through third parties acting on behalf of military organizations.

4.1 Notify by email before any use: [EMAIL]

4.2 Email must include: company name, tax ID, description of use, start date, declared annual gross revenue (for fee tier determination), compliance officer.

4.3 Material changes → email within 30 days. Tier crossing (above/below threshold) → notify within 60 days of fiscal year end. Cessation → email within 30 days.

5.1 — Tier A (revenue < [THRESHOLD]): fixed monthly fee ≥ [FIXED AMOUNT] [CURRENCY]. No variable component.

5.2 — Tier B (revenue ≥ [THRESHOLD]): same fixed fee PLUS [PERCENTAGE]% of annual revenue ÷ 12 per month. Annual revenue declaration within 90 days of fiscal year end.

5.3 — Freelancers/sole traders: treated as Tier A if below threshold, Tier B if above.

5.4 — Payment: due 1st of each month. Method: [METHOD] — Instructions: [INSTRUCTIONS]. Retain proof for 24 months.

5.5 — Failure to pay for 2+ months = automatic and immediate revocation. Reinstated only upon full settlement.

5.6 — Private individuals and non-profits: exempt.

5.7 — Inflation adjustment (Safeguard clause): once per calendar year, the holder may adjust the fixed fee, threshold, and/or percentage. Cap: HICP rate (Eurostat) or national CPI. Minimum 60-day notice. Silence = acceptance. No adjustments within the first 12 months of use.

Sec. 6 — Any redistribution must include this license in its entirety, unmodified.

Sec. 7 — Violations constitute copyright infringement and breach of contract.

Sec. 8 — THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
